I remember when I was 12, I said something I truly believed in, I stood up to somebody who was bullying a friend, and as soon as he turned his attention towards me, I kept quiet and allowed him to push me around. Since that day, I had promised myself  would
back what I say with actions, I would not let words fall on deaf ears, but to rather enforce them. I promised that I would not say "I should've done that" or "Next time I'll do this". Recently I forgot that promise until the opportunity presented itself in the gym. This is my new promise "I can, I will, I must, I have to, just do it."
